The 20W Innokin Trine Q is powered by a replaceable 1050mAh battery. This, combined with its lightweight, portable design makes it an ideal device for all-day, on-the-go vaping with extended usage between charges.

Easy operation

With fixed-coil pods and automatic power selection, the Trine Q offers no-fuss, beginner-friendly operation. Just fill and attach your Qcap pod and the device auto-sets the best wattage for you.

EcoDrain for increased sustainability

The Trine Q offers convenience, increased sustainability and safer battery recycling with innovative EcoDrain battery tech. A removable, replaceable battery means degraded batteries can be removed and replaced without needing to dispose of the whole device.

Versatile vaping

The Trine Q’s 3-hole adjustable airflow control allows you to customise your inhale to create a more airy or restricted vape style. Dual drip tip options gives you the choice of a standard mouthpiece or paper filter tips for a cigarette-style experience.

Compatible e-liquids & pods

The Trine Q kit works with Innokin Qcap pods and is compatible with VG:PG 50:50 e-liquids and nicotine salts.

Product Care

Follow these simple steps to get the most out of your vape kit.

  • For refillable devices, allow e-liquid to soak into the coil for at least five minutes before using the device.
  • Always keep some e‑liquid in the pod or tank to ensure the coil is saturated.
  • If using replaceable coils, push/screw them in firmly but don't over tighten.
  • For adjustable power devices, use recommended power settings for the coil or pod you are using (see box, coil or manual).
  • When device is switched on, only press fire button when inhaling. This prevents condensation build up in the pod or tank.
  • If using a refillable kit, use the correct e-liquid for the coil or pod you are using. See the product description for each kit for recommended e-liquid types
  • Avoid filling refillable pods or tanks above the fill line or to the very top.

Battery advice

Do:

  • Use the correct charging equipment for your device (see below). Use of third-party chargers may void your warranty. 
  • Charge batteries on a flat, hard surface.
  • if device comes with an on/off switch, turn off when not in use.
  • Keep battery terminals clean. A quick swab with a cotton bud can improve performance and reliability.
  • Always keep some charge in your battery.

Don’t:

  • Use damaged batteries.
  • Leave charging batteries unattended.
  • Allow contact between your batteries and water.
  • Carry batteries in a pocket/bag with coins or keys.
  • Expose batteries to sunlight, extreme heat or cold.
  • Allow batteries to go to zero charge.

Warranty

At E-Cigarette Direct we pride ourselves on providing you with superb after-sales support, and aim to provide rapid replacements for any faulty device under warranty. This page details the warranties you get with your device, and how to get a replacement.

Charging Equipment

Your charger comes with a 12 month warranty.

Batteries

All mods and batteries are under warranty for three months.

Clearomiser / Tanks

All clearomisers (tanks) with the exception of CE5 clearomisers are under warranty for six months. CE5 clearomisers (tanks) are under warranty for one month.

Please note - these warranties do not apply to the coil within a clearomiser or tank which is a consumable product as below.

Coils

Coils are a consumable product, and as such, will be replaced only if faulty on arrival. Please let us know within 5 days of receipt if your new coil does not work.

What does your warranty mean?

We guarantee that your device is, and will remain, free from defects for the period of the warranty. Please note - this applies to faulty products, and not accidental damage (e.g. dropping on a hard floor!)

What if the warranty has run out?

We're still here to help! Many problems can be diagnosed and solved (or we can point you towards one of our helpful guides), so send us an email, give us a call for advice or pop into one of our stores for face-to-face support and help.

How do I get a replacement?

In the unlikely event you have a problem with your device, just contact our friendly customer service team on [email protected].

You’ll need to return the item (we can cover a free delivery charge). If we are unable to diagnose and solve your issue, we’ll send you a replacement by Royal Mail First Class. It helps if you have your order number, but if not our team should be able to find your order using your email address.
