Continuing the popular Nord series, the Smok Nord 50W is available in a huge range of styles - with regular, patterned and leather finishes available.
The Nord 50W features a sleek and simple single-button operation, outputs between 5 - 50W and is powered by an internal 1800mAh battery.
Important device information such as wattage and battery life is displayed on an OLED screen spanning the length of the device.
A choice of 3 compatible pods means the Nord 50W offers huge versatility - with each pod using a different Smok coil range. This gives the option of both Mouth-to-Lung and Direct-Lung vaping styles. (See more about vaping styles in the FAQs below.)
An adjustable airflow switch also means users can tailor the device's air intake for an airier or more restricted vape.
Nord 50W pods come with a 2ml e-liquid capacity and benefit from simple push-fit coil installation as well as a specially-designed base to prevent any leakage.

FAQs
What e-liquid can you use in the Smok Nord 50W?
When used with the included LP2 pod and 0.23ohm coil, the Nord 50W is best used with high VG e-liquids with a VG:PG ratio of around 70:30.
When used with the included Nord pod and 0.6ohm coil, it is best used with VG:PG 50:50 e-liquids and nicotine salts.
Can I charge my Smok Nord 50W overnight?
Lithium batteries should not be left unattended when charging. It is also important to use an appropriate charger, such as the Veho Plug Adaptor. For more information see our battery safety infographic.
Can you wash a Nord 50W pod?
Yes. Remove the pod from the device, remove the coil and empty out any e-liquid. Wash the pod out with warm (not boiling) water. Ensure that the pod is fully dry before using it again.
You can also clean the connections out with cotton to remove dust.
How long does the coil last?
Coil life depends on many factors, including how long you puff for, the e-liquid you use and the wattage you use your coil at. Low resistance coils, which are used at higher wattages, will not last as long as high resistance coils.
You can extend coil life by:
- Priming the coil before usage
- Using e-liquid with the right VG:PG ratios
- Not going above the recommended wattage
- Topping up your tank so that the coil never dries out
With care, the 0.23ohm coil should last several days, while the 0.6ohm coil should last a week or more.
What is the difference between Mouth-to-Lung (MTL) and Direct-Lung (DL) vaping?
In Mouth-to-Lung vaping you inhale vapour and hold it in your mouth for a moment before inhaling again for the vapour to reach your lungs. In Direct-Lung vaping you inhale in one continuous breath into your lungs. See MTL v DL for more information.
